Basic Life Support (BLS)
The BLS course teaches participants how to quickly recognize life-threatening emergencies, perform effective chest compressions, provide the right ventilations, and use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) to help save lives.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
The ACLS course builds on lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of high-quality, continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). It incorporates the latest science and guidelines from the AHA’s CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) updates. This course is designed for healthcare professionals who manage or assist in the treatment of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies, as well as emergency response personnel.

First Aid
The First Aid courses are designed for individuals with little or no medical training who need a course completion card for job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements. These courses are also ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies in any setting. Upon completion, students receive a course completion card that is valid for 2 years.
