Rowena “Nikki” Baysa, CEO of Nursing Care Hawaii,
is dedicated to serving the people of Hawaii with compassion and professionalism.
With a strong background in healthcare and community service, she has built Nursing
Care Hawaii to provide trusted in-home care, skilled nursing support, and life-saving CPR & First Aid training.
Guided by her vision, Nikki ensures that every service empowers families and communities to feel safe, supported, and confident.
